Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 2026

At Jaipur Saree House, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you need a size exchange, please contact us within the applicable time mentioned below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Free from stains, perfume, makeup or any damage
• Returned with original tags and packaging intact

2. Damaged / Wrong / Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A short unboxing video, if available
• Photos of the package and shipping label

After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

3. Size Exchange

Size exchange can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

If the exchange is requested because the customer selected the wrong size, return/re-shipping charges may be applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for products that are:

• Used, washed or altered
• Damaged after delivery
• Stained or exposed to perfume/makeup
• Missing original tags or packaging
• Customized or specially made
• Returned after the applicable return period

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request valid bank account or UPI details for processing the refund.

6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged or defective product supplied by us, return shipping may be arranged by us after verification.

For returns due to customer preference, wrong size selection, or other reasons not caused by us, applicable return or re-shipping charges may be deducted or charged.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error, damage, or defect attributable to us.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may use our applicable return process after delivery.

To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
